REFUNDS/CANCELATIONS
Cancelations can only be made with regular uncustomized wigs, bundles, frontals and closures between 1-3 business days after purchasing. After 3 business days, $75 will be deducted from your refund.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL with CUSTOMIZED WIGS.
After receiving your regular uncustomized wig, refunds are granted only if the lace is still ATTACHED and bundles, frontals and closures with their original packaging. After 7 business days, the wig, fontal, closure and bundles CAN NO LONGER BE RETURNED.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please make sure your email is correct when checking out. After an order is in the hands of UPS OR USPS, we are not RESPONSIBLE for LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED packaging. Please contact your local UPS Office or Post Office if you do encounter any problems.
Please make sure your address is CORRECT at check out, we are not RESPONSIBLE for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the WRONG ADDRESS.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES

You are responsible for all returns or exchanges shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because LACEDIVAHAIR will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you use USPS to send your return.
