Q: HOW LONG WILL MY UNIT TAKE TO BE COMPLETED?
A: If ready to ship units in stock it will ship within 1-3 business days.
A. Customized pre orders take 10-15 business days for processing time.
Q. HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
A. We ship using UPS & USPS priority which takes 2-3 business days. Shipping is not included with processing time.
Q. DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MEASUREMENTS FOR CUSTOMIZED UNIT?
A. No, all of my customized units come in a standard size with an elastic band that fits most heads.
Q. ARE ALL WIGS GLUELESS?
A. No, ONLY my CUSTOMIZED closure wigs and frontal wigs are.
A. Regular UNCUSTOMIZED wigs are NOT.
Q. HOW SOON WILL REGULAR UNCUSTOMIZED WIGS BE SHIPPED?
A. Regular uncustomized wigs will be shipped in 7-10 business days.
Q. HOW SOON WILL BUNDLES, FRONTAL AND CLOSURES BE SHIPPED? 
A. They will be shipped out in 7-10 business days.
Q. HOW SOON WILL MY ACCESSORIES ORDER SHIP OUT?
A. Accessories orders will ship within 1-3 business days. If you order an accessory with a wig that requires a longer processing time, they will all ship together once the wig is completed.

A. Currently, no we do not offer rush orders.
Q. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
A. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO SUBMIT CHANGE REQUESTS FOR OPTIONS THAT DO NOT REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL COST WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR PURCHASE.

A. ONCE SUBMITED YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELED.

Q. DOES MY BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS HAVE TO MATCH?
A. YES THEY MUST MATCH IN ORDER FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE FULFILLED.
WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.
